• We typically deliver within 3-6 working days of order confirmation.
• Custom Sized Apparels will be shipped in 10 working days after order confirmation
• Standard Sizes will be shipped in 5-7 working days
• Returns are only applicable if the products are damaged in transit.
• In such cases, we urge you to immediately send us pictures within 24 hours so we can look into it and take appropriate action.
• To return/exchange a product you can email us at [email protected] with the following information:
– Full name
– Order number
– Contact number
– Pls ensure the words “DAMAGED GOODS” are mentioned in the subject field.
• We will arrange a reverse pick-up if all criteria are clearly mentioned.
• Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
• We expect all returned items to be unused and unwashed, and returned with original packaging and tags. Items without tags will not be accepted.
• Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. If you wish to self-ship a return, please use a reliable courier service.
• Returns not eligible for Custom Sized Apparels, unless damaged in transit.
• Custom Sized Apparels with fitting issues can be returned for alterations within 10 days of receipt. Any alterations post that time frame are chargeable..
• Alteration requests can be placed at the store or by emailing us at [email protected]
